## What changed - downgrade expected node-offline task failures from `ERROR` to `WARN` in `PhysicalVertex` - match only the coordinator's exact offline-node failure message - add a focused regression test for the message classification ## Why During scale-down, the coordinator intentionally fails task groups whose deployed worker leaves the cluster. That failure is expected, but the current log path still records it as `ERROR`, which makes routine scale-down events look like real engine faults. ## Impact This keeps the existing failure state handling unchanged and only narrows the log level for the known node-offline case. ## Validation - `./mvnw -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -T 3C -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server -am spotless:apply` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
