Thanks for the ping and the status update. I rechecked the current head (`5d809f69`, unchanged since my last review) and the `Build` check is now `SUCCESS`, so this does look like the intermittent Windows Hazelcast `Node failed to start!` flake I flagged, not a real regression from this diff — good call re-running it instead of touching the code. From my side there's nothing outstanding: my previous review already reached "Ready to merge" with zero blocking issues, both threads with @nzw921rx were resolved by mutual independent verification, and this round's diff is unchanged since then. `mergeStateStatus: BLOCKED` here reflects the required-review/merge-queue gate rather than an actual conflict (`mergeable: MERGEABLE`), so this is ready for a committer with write access to take it from here.
