Thanks @SEZ9 for pulling the thread together. Confirming from my side: the head is still `83403fce36c5`, unchanged since my 2026-08-19 approval, and I have nothing new to add. For anyone reading this later without digging through all four review rounds: @nzw921rx's 2026-08-17 CHANGES_REQUESTED flagged a real High-severity gap (the Databend nested column-comment dispatch, which is the only reachable path for a column-level comment DDL) — that was fixed in code the following round and got a dedicated regression test (`SchemaChangeManagerTest.testNestedColumnCommentEventIsIgnored`) the round after, both of which I independently re-traced against the actual dispatch method rather than taking the commit messages at face value.
