Addressed the latest restore-review blocker on current head `b99b1a1b916`.

   What changed:
   - Legacy checkpoint restore no longer fabricates `default.default` for
single-table splits. It now derives the restore table path from
`IncrementalSplit#getTableIds()` so the restored `CatalogTable` identity
matches the real CDC table.
   - If a legacy single-row checkpoint cannot recover an unambiguous table
identity, the restore path now skips emitting a fabricated restore table
instead of pushing a bogus table id downstream.
   - `RestoreTableSchemaEvent` now fails fast when `changeAfter` is missing,
and the runtime schema dispatchers use the validated restored table directly.
   - Debezium history-table restore is now synchronized with schema-change
updates so the restore no longer does a visible `clear()+putAll()` window on
the shared map.
   - The checkpoint-table restore log now prints only table paths/count, and
the new history-restore SPI method has explicit Javadoc.

Local validation for this follow-up was limited to the allowed scoped checks:
   - `./mvnw -pl
seatunnel-api,seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-base -am -nsu
spotless:apply`
   - `git diff --check`

If you have a moment, please take another look at the current head.
