### Purpose of this pull request
This PR reviews the code in connector-google-sheets module concerning any
imperative if/throw config validation to migrate. Concerns #11007.
Upon reviewing all the files in connector-google-sheets (including tests),
we can conclude that **there are no changes to be made. No file has any
if/throw config to migrate**
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No. No changes are introduced.
