I opened PR #12065 as the first narrow implementation slice for the reusable config-level validation result model discussed above. The PR adds a versioned `ConfigValidationResult` / `ConfigValidationError` model and exposes `SeaTunnelConfValidateCommand.validateResult()` for future CLI, MCP, or REST adapters. The existing `--check` human-readable output and exit behavior are unchanged. The initial error categories are intentionally conservative, and the model does not claim runtime-equivalent validation or bind an LLM provider. Focused tests cover stable JSON serialization, nullable fields, human-readable compatibility, and a command-level validation result path.
