Filed Blocker 1 (the context-publish leak / permanent-redeploy-block) as apache/seatunnel#12164, since it's pre-existing baseline code shared with #11757's branch too, not specific to this PR - tracking it there so the fix (wherever it lands) isn't duplicated across both PRs.
