CI note on the retrigger run (`5a442e45b`, still in progress, 28/93 jobs done): two jobs already red, both traced and both unrelated to this PR's `TaskExecutionService` diff — (1) `transform-v2-it-part-1 (8)`: `TestFilterRowKindIT.testFilterRowKindMultiTable` on the Flink 1.18.0 leg, `row num :25 MIN_ROW` / `:125`,`:150 MAX_ROW` — the static-counter defect tracked in #12116 (fourth PR to hit it); (2) `all-connectors-it-4 (8)`: `AzureCosmosDBSourceIT` — both tests failed reading back from the Cosmos DB emulator with `CosmosException: Service is currently unavailable … Network timeout or connectivity failure`, i.e. the emulator container went unresponsive; first sighting, on the watchlist.
