I rechecked the current Slice 1 boundary and the latest head. The autoscaler implementation remains server-local and advisory-only, and the shared `ReflectionUtils.ofNullable` regression fix is covered by a test. The remaining merge gate appears to be the canceled/failed unrelated transform-v2 integration job rather than the autoscaler unit-test matrix. Before merge, could the failing transform-v2 job be rerun (or explicitly documented as an infrastructure failure) so the required Build check has a final status?
