Upstream-sync check on this head (`d8a000d5a5`): this branch is currently 36 commits behind `dev`. I traced the four currently-failing `Build` jobs (`engine-v2-it (8)`, `all-connectors-it-2 (8 and 11)`, `doris-connector-it (8)`) down to the actual test errors rather than just the job names: - `engine-v2-it (8)`: `JobClientJobProxyIT.testNoExceptionLogWhenCancelJob` — unrelated to JSON deserialization. - `all-connectors-it-2 (8 and 11)`: `CouchbaseIT.testFakeSourceToCouchbaseSink` (multiple parameterized cases) — unrelated connector. - `doris-connector-it (8)`: `DorisSchemaChangeIT` and `DorisErrorIT` — unrelated connector. None of these touch `JsonDeserializationSchema`/`JsonToRowConverters`/the Kafka or Pulsar files this PR changes. For the Couchbase failures specifically, `dev` has landed two Couchbase-specific changes since this branch's fork point that this head doesn't have yet: `Connector couchbase migration (#12076)` and `Improve][Connector-V2] Make Couchbase sink readiness timeout configurable (#12168)`, the latter directly targeting sink-readiness timing, which matches the failure shape here. So the lowest-cost next step is to sync with the latest `dev` and rerun CI first.
