Done \u2014 synced with the latest `upstream/dev` and pushed a new head.\n\n- New head: `2636415096` (merge of `upstream/dev` @ `6ee0c37447` on top of the previous head `d8a000d5a5`; no feature/fix changes to the PR's own files, and the merge was conflict-free).\n- The sync brings in the two Couchbase-specific changes you identified (`#12076` migration and `#12168` sink-readiness timeout), which should address the `CouchbaseIT` failure shape.\n- CI is now running on the new head: https://github.com/li3zhi4/seatunnel/actions/runs/34681040895\n\nI'll report back here once the `Build` completes.
