Updated in `765fb71b0`: emission failures now include partition, sequence and a safe I/O/runtime category, without retaining event-bearing causes. Sequence overflow is checked before output; the checkpoint position changes only after successful emission. All 42 focused Event Hubs tests pass, including parser/collector failure and overflow cases. For F1-F8: retention loss still fails rather than resetting; service-resource merging is inherited; parsed-config masking includes connection_string; SDK/root dependency management is retained; EntityPath conversion keeps the hub-scoped policy; prefetch is validated by the factory; partition rediscovery is not implemented; SDK retries precede configured job recovery. These are documented scope boundaries, not newly added reset, rediscovery or retry controls. A fresh isolated package probe loads the connector factory and required Jackson providers. The optional BlockHound interface is not bundled, so I am not claiming every advertised optional provider is available.
