Classification: I / Connector-V2 JDBC test-coverage coordination. Thanks for offering to help, @Theralux. I checked current `dev`, the recent JDBC test history, and open PRs before making any ownership decision. There is already an exact active implementation path: #11848 by @zhang-arvin, which declares `Closes #10211` and adds the MySQL type-converter and type-mapper test coverage. It is still open, its Build failed, and it is BLOCKED. To avoid two conflicting implementations, I am not assigning a second owner or opening a parallel PR here. Please first coordinate with @zhang-arvin on #11848. The most useful immediate contribution is to help reproduce or diagnose that PR's failed build, or to agree on a clearly non-overlapping follow-up scope after its owner confirms it. Do not duplicate its two test classes. The issue's broader Docker/CI and boundary-coverage goals need to be reviewed against the existing JDBC unit and E2E coverage before they are split into another change. If you and @zhang-arvin agree on a remaining slice, please state the exact test boundary, the existing test it complements, and the regression it will catch in an issue/PR comment first.
