@DanielLeens Could you review this isolated packaging fix when you have a chance? It addresses the remaining `NotSerializableException: io.debezium.relational.TableId` on #12298/#12299 and both OceanBase shards of #12454, without adding this connector change to those PRs. The four-file diff at `6709cfc11819` excludes the duplicate original Debezium core/API from OceanBase's MySQL dependency, extends the existing compatibility IT to check the actual packaged jars in both orders, and clarifies the existing CDC-base dependency in en/zh docs. No dependency version, workflow or test-skip changes. Local Spotless/full-reactor verify and 6 factory tests passed. Remotely, all 5 OceanBase compatibility cases passed on each JVM; both [Java 8](https://github.com/SEZ9/seatunnel/actions/runs/36284739243/job/108524753565) and [Java 11](https://github.com/SEZ9/seatunnel/actions/runs/36284739243/job/108524753606) shards completed successfully, including 30 Fluss tests each. Full Build is still running; the PayPal and PostgreSQL failures remain separate from these passing module results and will be retried after the workflow completes.
