Good catch on the named parameters. I checked the shared parser and narrowed the PR description: quoted table names work for Sink DML, while quoted column names are covered in Source SELECTs and catalog DDL. Sink DML with a double quote inside a column name remains unsupported by the shared named-parameter parser and is outside this fix.
