Quick follow-up to correct a stale CI statement in my last comment (2026-09-29). I said the fork `Build` on this head was red because of two unrelated failures and suggested syncing `dev` and rerunning. A rerun has completed: the `Build` check on head `54e6bfa3` is now SUCCESS (fork run 36644881579), together with `labeler` and `Notify test workflow`. So that CI guidance is outdated and no further sync is needed for CI. My approval on this exact head still stands and I have no open blocker. The remaining gate is an approval and merge from a reviewer with write permission (the review summary still shows review required because my account cannot satisfy the write-review rule).
