### Purpose of this pull request
Fixes #12577. SeaTunnelRow.setField changes the row but retains a previously
computed byte-size estimate. Clear the cached estimate after a successful field
assignment so both getBytesSize overloads recompute it.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. Byte estimates reflect field updates made through setField. EN/ZH API
docs explain setter invalidation and the limits of direct array or
nested-object mutation.
### How was this patch tested?
JDK 8 and 17: SeaTunnelRowTest, 12 tests on each, no failures/errors/skips.
Regression tests cover growth, shortening, null, typed/untyped estimates and
independent copied rows. The setter regression failed against the original
implementation.
Scoped Spotless, reactor `-DskipTests verify`, MarkdownTest (4 tests), and
`git diff --check` pass on the submitted revision.
