Thanks for outlining the scope. I've opened draft PR #12907 for the Ingres JDBC dialect, keeping the implementation within the existing Jdbc connector. The 27 focused tests pass, and the integration-test module and its dependencies build successfully. I've also added an opt-in test for a licensed Ingres instance with a user-supplied driver. I don't have an instance available, so real-server validation remains open and is clearly noted in the PR. The PR also records one existing JDBC test failure that I reproduced on the unchanged base.
