Removed the fast path in `e2f12fcea7`: BYTES now always copies its remaining
region, so the returned row does not share the reader's buffer.

I reproduced the retained-row problem with both 64→64 and 64→3 reuse; even
the shorter second value overwrites the first row's prefix. Those two cases and
a direct source-buffer mutation test fail before this change and pass
afterwards. The fresh-record deserializer control still passes. All 20 Avro
tests passed on the current dev integration, along with root formatting and
verify.

The Javadoc and PR description now state the ownership guarantee and the
extra payload-sized allocation/copy, including on the fresh-record connector
path. The branch is synced with dev `1ce2d78156`; fork Actions is restored, and
remote CI remains to be checked.
