Merged dev `7604a83ec802` and resolved the test-class conflict in `bf797ef4c36e`. Both the upstream nullable-ROW coverage and this PR's ByteBuffer bounds, source-mutation and record-reuse regressions are retained. All 33 Avro tests passed on JDK 11 (540 with dependencies), along with root Spotless and offline root verify. The online verify timed out; the successful offline verify used cached dependencies and skipped test execution, while the module tests ran separately. The payload-sized copy/allocation and fresh-record-path caveat remain documented.
