The CI fact cited in my previous review has changed: it said Build was still in progress for head `47fccbac68f6`, and Build for this unchanged head is now passing. CI was the only remaining item, and my review found no source-level blocker, so my technical conclusion is approve. The earlier non-blocking suggestions from other reviewers (F1-F4) remain optional. This branch is behind the latest dev base, which I record as merge metadata only; since the current head CI is green, that fact alone does not require a source change.
