### Purpose of this pull request Add native Kubernetes Application Mode HA for #12886. Use an owner Job, fixed master/worker StatefulSets and a stable Service, reusing Hazelcast election/backups and Zeta scheduling/checkpoint recovery. Depends on #12942 for bounded-file checkpoint recovery. This branch includes that fix and will be rebased after it lands. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Opt-in HA supports sequential Pod/process failures while replicas survive and checkpoints remain accessible. Application/job IDs and Service identity stay stable. Terminal cleanup preserves user-owned resources, and checkpoint lookup errors fail closed. Requires at least two masters and valid synchronous backups, checked before resource creation. Existing single-master defaults and standalone behavior are unchanged. PostgreSQL fencing, partition protection, node/storage-outage availability, autoscaling and YARN HA are outside this PR. It adds no connector-wide exactly-once guarantee. ### How was this patch tested? * 341 focused/adjacent tests passed; two preexisting tests disabled. All 8 HA and 11 existing single-master integration tests passed. * Single-node K3s with two and three masters: standby/active-master, worker and observer loss; continued checkpoints; stable clients/Service; status and cancellation. * Cold restore, missing-checkpoint failure, and LocalFile recovery with all 480 expected IDs exactly once. * Success/failure/cancellation cleanup, permission-restoration retry, and preservation of user-owned PVCs, Secrets and ConfigMaps. * Root `spotless:apply` and `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` passed. These validate Pod/process failures, not physical-node outages or network partitions. ### Check list * [ ] New JAR/license notice: N/A. * [x] English and Chinese documentation updated. * [ ] `incompatible-changes.md`: N/A; compatibility preserved. * [ ] New connector registration and metadata: N/A. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
