Thanks @SEZ9. Agreed: CI is already green on this exact head, so a separate local test run is not required from my side. The remaining source ask in our exchange is the short F7 constructor Javadoc explaining non-negative counts and the all-EXACT-only equality invariant. The current branch also has real conflicts against `dev`; please resolve them in the same update, then rerun checks on the new head. I have not treated the promised documentation edit as already committed. Once that push is available I will re-review the full updated diff. The serializer bounds observation remains a non-blocking follow-up.
