Thanks @hutiefang76 for the focused retry and the clear report.

I confirmed the facts on the unchanged head `91d1078a3790`: the [fork
run](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/39772122616) is on
attempt 3 and ends cancelled, and your note that `engine-resource-managers-it
(17, ubuntu-latest)` now passes closes the Kubernetes recovery failure I
pointed to earlier. The Apache-side `Build` check for this head is still
pending, so the current state is not green and I am not treating it as such.

The two remaining job records are unrelated to the protobuf file-read change
in this PR (the diff only touches the Protobuf format module and its docs):
`mysql-cdc-connector-it (17)`, which is the existing latest-stop timing problem
tracked in #12959, and `all-connectors-it-3 (17)`, which was cancelled rather
than failed. The lowest-cost next step is to rerun only those two jobs once,
and not the whole matrix. If the MySQL CDC job fails again with the same
signature, please add the run link to #12959 so the committers can weigh it as
a known unrelated failure. The branch is also now 30 commits behind `dev`; that
does not need action before the reruns, but it will need a normal merge of
`dev` before this can be merged. No source-level blocker from my earlier
reviews is outstanding. Thank you for keeping this PR focused.
