Thanks for identifying the upstream E2E selection failure. I merged current
`dev` (`f7a57543`) without conflicts, so the branch now contains #12895's
`ContainerSelectionCondition` fix and #12964's Ubuntu 26.04 runner fix. I did
not copy either framework change into this PR's scoped diff.

Head `50fcf100` also addresses the compatibility-note suggestion: the EN/ZH
REST docs explicitly say the previous undeclared text charset was ISO-8859-1,
and both incompatible-changes documents explain that Latin-1 clients should
declare `charset=ISO-8859-1` or send UTF-8 bytes.

Fresh local validation on the synced tree passed: the 40-module
engine-server prerequisite reactor completed `spotless:apply install`, with 59
selected REST tests (40 charset/config-shade plus 19 related cases), zero
failures/errors/skips. Integration execution was skipped locally; the earlier
Windows file-sink setup limitation is still documented. `git diff --check`
passed.

   Current-head CI is running:
https://github.com/Nikk8091/seatunnel/actions/runs/40726854368. This is not yet
a green Build claim. Unsupported-engine skips will not be counted as runtime
coverage, and the prior transform-lane failure still needs to be evaluated
against the new run.
