Thanks @zephyr45 for the per-finding ledger and for separating the production-parent runs from the cosmetic delta. My latest source conclusion remains clear, and the exact-head fork Build remains successful. The Apache PR-signal workflow still needs write-maintainer approval, and @SEZ9 must reconcile their own recorded change request. The legacy-prefix probing optimization remains explicitly deferred; please keep its follow-up distinct from the implemented correctness fixes. I am not requesting more code changes on this unchanged head. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI update, not a second full source review. No local tests were run.
