Thanks @goutamadwant for naming the deferred logical-DAG scenario and the ActionStateKey mismatch explicitly. That answers the outstanding scope question: the reported physical-DAG tests are distinct from the logical-flavour follow-up. Please link the verified follow-up issue/PR from the checklist when available, as you proposed. My existing source-clear conclusion and green Build remain unchanged; @SEZ9 still owns their independent verification. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI update, not a second full source review. No local tests were run.
