@JosephTheOctonaut brought up a valid point: Initially both commit and wait were TIR intrinsic, later I made `async_commit` an annotation based on the feedback in https://github.com/apache/tvm-rfcs/pull/80#discussion_r903828513. Now, it might make better sense if we also make `async_wait` an annotation, in terms of consistency and ease of lowering.
