Andrea Del Bene commented on WICKET-5769:
-----------------------------------------
Martijn should talk these days (during Apache Con) to infra@ guys for website
infrastructure needs/wishes. In the meantime he suggested to use the github
gh-pages infrastructure. This is what I did with my fork:
http://bitstorm.github.io/wicket-site/. I will write a readme in my repo
(https://github.com/bitstorm/wicket-site) to explain what I've done so far.
> Provision screenshots or hosted pages where people can preview proposed new
> site with zero effort

> To track progress of [~martin-g]'s suggestion that we provide a way for the
> proposed site to be easily reviewed.
> Currently to review the site a person needs to clone the github repo then
> install ruby then install jekyll then run jekyll on the source pages to
> generate the website then finally open the pages in a browser.
> I agree with Martin - the process of reviewing the proposed new site should
> not be that hard. ie. either provide screen shots or someone could host the
> pages on a server whose URL we publish to anyone who wants to preview the new
> site design.
