Although I'm not against upgrading cdi, this should be done in wicket-cdi-1.1.
This module is deprecated. We should upgrade wicket-cdi-1.1 and let it replace
the old wicket-cdi module. The APIs should be almost identical, but some small
differences might have crept in over the years.
