IMO we should drop wicket-cdi, introduce wicket-cdi-2.0 and keep -1.1 around
for some time.
If CDI 2.0 will be supported (as default) only by WildFly 14 then maybe most
users will still use 1.1 for some more time.
I am not sure when Wicket 9 will be released but hopefully it won't be in 5
years.
