I've given this some more though, and I think we should align the cdi
requirement with the servlet api. If we go to servlet 4.0 for wicket 9, then we
should also upgrade cdi to 2.0. If we stay at servlet 3.1, we should upgrade
cdi to 1.2 and align with java ee7. However, given the fact that ee8 is
available right now and it will probably take some time for wicket 9 to be
released, I opt for java ee8: upgrade servlet to 4.0 and cdi to 2.0.
