It would be enough to test the new warning (and creating a BAOS) manually. It 
would make patch trivial.

The new test added tests the new class added :). I don't think either is 
required.

Btw, the warning and resize could have adverse effect on users of heavy RPCs 
(HBase). The upper limit could be made configurable if required.
