bq. I still think that it would be better to just do the Commons change here in
HADOOP and open a bug for the NodeResourceMonitorImpl in YARN. Wangda Tan what
do you think?
I don't have strong opinions for this, if Jenkins can run YARN tests here, I'm
fine with putting changes in the single patch.
