Hmm to me, {{RSRawDecoderRAID}} looks more confusing because RAID is a valid
and related word to erasure coding but can hardly linked to HDFS-RAID at first
impression :). {{Legacy}} may have another meaning that the coder won't be
recommended to use and will be eventually got rid of and not maintained any
more after some time.
