Thanks Kai for the comment, that makes sense. I agree we should indeed make it
clear that the old HDFS-RAID coder should only be used for migrating data from
HDFS-RAID.
[~jingzhao] Are you OK with the {{Legacy}} names? If so I'm +1 on the v4 patch.
