While I'm reasonably confident you've done it, can you declare which azure 
infrastructure you've tested against

I see you are targeting 3.0 with the patch; 2.9 may be a viable target —I await 
[~cnauroth]'s opinion. One question: will any other changes be visible to 
users. For example: extra transitive pom dependencies?
