I was thinking they're not elegant enough for the hadoop code base, and would
need some extra reviews, so not included here to prevent distraction from L&N
themselves. Also there're still some manual steps (e.g. merging the generated
L&N into current, checking what NOTICE should a dependency need etc). But if
all-inclusive is desired here, I can try. :)
