Patch 001
* Remove {{contract-test-options.xml}} from source control
* Add sample contract test properties to {{index.md}}
* Add {{contract-test-options.xml}} and {{auth-keys.xml}} without path to
{{.gitignore}}
[~cnauroth], [[email protected]], the patch modifies {{.gitignore}} so that
git ignores {{contract-test-options.xml}} and {{auth-keys.xml}} in any
directory. Let me know whether it is desirable because currently only full
paths are specified.
