Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change
Release Note: Replace configuration property test.fs.adl.name with
fs.contract.test.fs.adl, similar to other Hadoop file systems. To enable live
tests, set a value to fs.contract.test.fs.adl. No longer use configuration
property dfs.adl.test.contract.enable.
