* Make {{AdlStorageContract}} extend {{AbstractBondedFSContract}} in order to
reuse its implementation
* Use {{auth-keys.xml}} included by {{adls.xml}} instead of
{{contract-test-optoins.xml}}
* Use non-empty property {{fs.contract.test.fs.adl}} to enable live tests.
Obsolete property {{dfs.adl.test.contract.enable}} and {{test.fs.adl.name}}.
* Git ignore {{contract-test-options.xml}}, {{auth-keys.xml}}, and
{{azure-auth-keys.xml}} in the entire source tree
