Hi Manoj, looks real close, thanks for revving. Any reason you chose to write a
new test rather than extending BaseTestHttpFSWith? That's where we test the ACL
bit and encrypted bit, so seems like it'd be easy to add ec bit support there
too. The base test covers some different combinations as well.
