bq. I don't see any confusion about what "management tools" can be.
Ambari, obviously.
I don't actually know if it uses it, but the tag at least marks up for anyone
maintaining it in future that this is a management tool API which isn't for
broad use, *and which we may break across point releases. Up to the tool teams
to track, which, given the nature of the product releases, they should be able
to do so.
