Thanks for the review, I will address the issues mentioned above and added new
tests.
Regarding to logger in "AbfsRestOperation", they all hold a reference to
LOG(AbfsClient), since they are not static, I changed their name to from "LOG"
to "logger" to pass the checkstyle. I'm going to make it static and update the
name.
