Submitting HADOOP-15739-HADOOP-15407-002.patch:
1. Hamcrest-library is cool, it provide assertions for collections, but it
doesn't contain the Hamcrest-core lib(may be I checked wrong version..), anyway
I would prefer to add it in future when needed since we are now not relying on
it.
2. log4j and jsr311-api is used by WASB only in the test, so I change its
scope to test.
3. jaxb-api is being used by ABFS in production code
4. jackson-databind is being used by WASB in production code.
