1. I will update the test to remove log4j.
2. Sure, this is because of another "no-such-method" exception happened in
customer env, ABFS is using a org.codehaus.jackson to avoid that.
3. They will be removed in HADOOP-15757.
4. Good catch, it is for test only, will update it.
Will upload a patch once HADOOP-15757 is committed, as it removed some
dependencies.
