Thanks for incorporating the comments. :-) ...looks good to me.
I was going through the solution document attached (HDFS-1623). It talks
about the need for Fencing, due to the chances of having two Active Namenodes
at the same time (may be due to a network partition or split brain condition).
I am curious on what is your approach to ensure that both Namenodes dont serve
the clients at the same time & update the metadata. An updated solution
document which talks more on the fencing techniques will be appreciated.
In Section 9.1.1,
With NFS - a fencing solution needs investigation.
Whether we finalized any solution for this?
