Given that this exception is supposed to be HA-specific, something should be
done to make that clear. At the moment, it's just in the o.a.h package and has
the name "ServiceFailedException" which seems too vague to me.
How about calling it HAServiceFailedException? Or putting it in a sub-package
of o.a.h which makes it clear what context this exception is used in?
