Thanks @steveloughran . Making it static actually helps. I saw that. Still some comments left because for other numbers like 'byteToRead' etc it shows up. Again the Q is do we need to worry for tests. Ya in code it make sense. Anyways as u said its better to have as a checkpoint. I did not fix it as its not helping much in these tests.
