Nope, no hurry at all. Eli suggested I post a proposed amendment as a patch on
JIRA, so that's what I did.
FWIW, I don't see this as a change in bylaws - just a clarification of existing
language. If you don't think the proposed patch is right, feel free to disagree
- I just put this proposal up as something to start discussion. Happy to change
my opinion.
